Terms applicable to Courtello subscriptions

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Courtello and its customers (the "Clubs") for the use of the sports club management platform.
By subscribing to Courtello, the Club accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
Courtello offers a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for sports club management including:

Prices are calculated based on:
All prices are shown in euros, excluding taxes. Applicable VAT will be added according to current legislation.
Payment is made monthly by direct debit or credit card.
The Pioneer offer is reserved for the first 15 clubs that join Courtello. It includes:
Subscription duration: The subscription is monthly, with no minimum commitment period.
Cancellation: The Club may cancel its subscription at any time with 30 days notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.
Data recovery: In case of cancellation, the Club has 30 days after the end of the subscription to recover its data. Courtello provides a data export in standard format (CSV, JSON). After this period, data is deleted from our servers.
Effects of cancellation:
Data ownership: The Club remains the owner of all data entered into the platform (members, reservations, transactions, etc.).
License of use: The Club grants Courtello a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing services.
Portability: The Club may request at any time the export of its data in a standard format.

Courtello commits to providing quality service with optimal availability. However:
The Club is responsible for its use of the platform and the data it enters.
Courtello reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
If the Club does not accept the new terms, it may cancel its subscription before they take effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Brussels (Belgium) shall have sole jurisdiction.
