Terms applicable to Courtello subscriptions

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Courtello and its customers (the "Clubs") for the use of the sports club management platform.

By subscribing to Courtello, the Club accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

Article 2 - Services offered

Courtello offers a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for sports club management including:

  • Starter Plan: 9 essential modules included (reservations, payments, member management, etc.)
  • Premium Modules: 14 additional modules available à la carte
  • Marketplace: increased visibility for your club

Article 3 - Pricing

Prices are calculated based on:

  • The number of courts at your club
  • The number of active members
  • The Premium modules selected

All prices are shown in euros, excluding taxes. Applicable VAT will be added according to current legislation.

Payment is made monthly by direct debit or credit card.

Article 4 - Pioneer Offer

The Pioneer offer is reserved for the first 15 clubs that join Courtello. It includes:

  • -50% on the subscription for the first 3 months
  • -25% on the subscription for the following 6 months (months 4 to 9)
  • -10% for life on the entire subscription (from month 10)
  • 14 Premium modules free for 1 year
Important conditions:
  • The -10% lifetime discount is permanently locked in as long as the Club remains subscribed to Courtello.
  • In case of cancellation, the Pioneer offer is permanently lost. The Club may re-subscribe but at standard current rates.
  • Premium modules free for 1 year become paid after this period. The Club can choose to keep them or deactivate them.

Article 5 - Subscription and cancellation

Subscription duration: The subscription is monthly, with no minimum commitment period.

Cancellation: The Club may cancel its subscription at any time with 30 days notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.

Data recovery: In case of cancellation, the Club has 30 days after the end of the subscription to recover its data. Courtello provides a data export in standard format (CSV, JSON). After this period, data is deleted from our servers.

Effects of cancellation:

  • Access to the platform is disabled
  • Pioneer benefits are permanently lost (see Article 4)
  • No refund for started periods

Article 6 - Data and ownership

Data ownership: The Club remains the owner of all data entered into the platform (members, reservations, transactions, etc.).

License of use: The Club grants Courtello a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing services.

Portability: The Club may request at any time the export of its data in a standard format.

Article 7 - Liability

Courtello commits to providing quality service with optimal availability. However:

  • Courtello cannot guarantee 100% service availability
  • Courtello is not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, data loss, etc.)
  • Courtello's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Club over the past 12 months

The Club is responsible for its use of the platform and the data it enters.

Article 8 - Changes to Terms

Courtello reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

If the Club does not accept the new terms, it may cancel its subscription before they take effect.

Article 9 - Applicable law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.

In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Brussels (Belgium) shall have sole jurisdiction.
