Frequently Asked Questions

The Pioneer offer is strictly limited to the first 15 clubs that join us. We want to personally support each pioneer club and gather their feedback to improve Courtello. Once the 15 spots are filled, the offer will no longer be available.

Yes, it's guaranteed. From month 10 onwards, you benefit from a permanent 10% discount on your subscription. This discount is permanently locked in as long as you remain a Courtello customer, even if our prices change in the future.

After your first year, you have the choice:
  • Keep the modules that are useful to you (each module has an individual price)
  • Deactivate those you don't need
  • Your 10% discount applies to your entire subscription
The goal of this free year is precisely to let you test and make an informed choice.

No, there is no commitment period. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. Discounts are calculated on the months actually used.
